In its new Plan of action for local economy and employment (Plan d’action local pour l’économie et l’emploi) the borough of LaSalle opts for a turn towards innovation and chooses to make of LaSalle an innovative milieu. This new outlook necessarily involves enterprises which will be encouraged to adopt this turn towards innovation in order to remain competitive within this new world economic context.
